Great experience. I thank Marissa and her staff for taking time to go through all my insurance needs, answer all my questions and literally save me thousands of dollars over my previous agency. It wasn't until I had a total loss due to a fire that I realized how great the Gallant agency is. I would like to personally thank Ray the owner who I have yet to meet for his personal and greatly appreciated generosity. We have dealt with some great agents at Gallants, Marissa Laurie, and Jocelyn, they were all extremely knowledgable, patient, professional and quick to respond to questions and requests. We have home and car insurance with them and couldn't be happier with the service.
After having difficulty with another agency, I called Gallant Insurance and spoke with Ann on the phone to inquire about a quote for a homeowners policy. Ann was amazingly informative and patient and took the time to explain many things to me that the other agency rushed over. The process felt very personable as I didn't have to fill out a long online form to get a quote like I did at the other agency - she was able to fill it out herself based on our conversation. She was very experienced in the field and I highly recommend Gallant Insurance!
